CHARACTER 1) How Important are characters particularly in the opening 2 minutes of a film? Characters are important in a film because they signify the genre by their emotions or body language or mood. If the character is a clumsy or funny you can figure out the genre is on comedy and associate the character to the film easily when introduced in the first two minutes. NARRATIVE 1) What is Narrative Narrative is the art of storytelling, something we all do every day. It is an important part of our lives and something that we value highly, if you consider the amount of time we all spend in front of television and cinema screens receiving narratives. It is the structure of a story line of a film. Its how the film contains a start, middle and end and the different ways such as starting at the end then reversing to the start leading back up to the end or starting in the middle then running back to the start or the simple start, middle and end. Alfie Jones  Age  - 14  Profession  - Student  Likes  - Basketball, Football, Rugby, Cars, Video games, Socializing and Making friends.  Dislikes  - Seafood, People that don't know stuff about cars, School, RE, Maths and English.
