NARRATIVE 1) What is Narrative Narrative is the art of storytelling, something we all do every day. It is an important part of our lives and something that we value highly, if you consider the amount of time we all spend in front of television and cinema screens receiving narratives. It is the structure of a story line of a film. Its how the film contains a start, middle and end and the different ways such as starting at the end then reversing to the start leading back up to the end or starting in the middle then running back to the start or the simple start, middle and end. Because there is so many films that have been produced, many directors differentiate the chronological order by mixing up the stages to show originality and creativity.
